OTR - Non-Food Vendor Application & Information

Oregon Trail Days: July 21-23, 2023

Non-Food VENDOR APPLICATION AND INFORMATION: 

Oregon Trail Days is a family event sponsored by the Tenino Area Chamber of Commerce (Chamber).  The Vendor Process is managed by the Tenino Community Service Center in partnership with the Chamber. Please read over the following information.  All applicants will be responsible for complying with the terms below.  Help us to ensure Oregon Trail Days continues to be a success. 

DATES AND HOURS

Friday July 21st 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday July 23rd 10:00 am to 6:00 pm & Sunday July 24th 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.  You are required to continue to operate your vendor space until 3:00 pm on Sunday.  You must setup prior to 9 am on the Friday preceding the event and check out is after 3:00 pm on Sunday.  Any items left behind after 5:00 pm on Sunday, will be disposed of.  No vehicles will be allowed on site during the show hours.  No vendor camping will be allowed in the vendor area of the park.

SPACE AVAILABILITY AND PAYMENT

We have two vendor space options: the Single space is approximately 10ft x 10ft and the Double space is approximately 10ft x 20ft.  Power is not available.  

 *Vendor Booth Space is not guaranteed until approved by the Vendor Coordinator. 

Vendor Area Space/Booth Fees

  • Commercial Vendors*: $80.00 Single (10ft x 10ft ); $160.00 Double (10ft x 20ft). INCLUDES ALL DIRECT SALES VENDORS. NO POLITICAL BOOTHS

  • Artisan/Craft Vendors**: $60.00 Single; $120.00 Double

  • Non-Profit Organization Vendors***:  $50.00 Single; $100 Double 

*The Commercial Vendor designation applies to all vendor applicants whose inventory contains more than 10% resale items manufactured by others, or "used" merchandise.
**An Artisan or Craft Vendor creates the items they sell at their venue using their own artistic talent or craftsmanship.  No more than 10% of sale items may be of the commercial category.
***Only applies to Non-Profit Organizations registered with the Washington Secretary of State who sell, or whose members are sanctioned to sell their products by the organization.

The OTD committee reserves the right to re-sell any space not set-up by 9:00 am on Friday of the event.  If an emergency requires last minute cancellation or late set up, please notify us as soon as possible. Vendors will not re-sale/sublet/ their space without approval from vendor coordinator. Vendors will not sell products outside of their listed products.

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Vendors must provide garbage cans on their site. 
  • Event is outdoors and you are responsible for providing tents with weights, tables, chairs, etc.    
  • IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH VENDOR TO BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THURSTON COUNTY FIRE CODES AND MAY BE INSPECTED.
